SHOULD I TRAIN?It is your decision if you want to train. March 9th will come quickly. If you are not a regular swimmer, to get the most benefit and have the most fun, get in the pool a few times before the Swimathon. Try once or twice a week if you can, and practice lots of different strokes. Click here to download a training program. The point is to take the challenge, get involved, have fun, get fit and support a great group of volunteers providing a valuable service.
